Three Thompson men were found carrying crack cocaine and a handgun by police responding to a report of a gunshot on Nov. 18.
Thompson RCMP were notified around 6 a.m. that day of a gun being fired at a Brandon Crescent residence and witnesses told responding officers they had seen three men in black clothes and tuques walking down the back lane.
Police contained the area and located tracks leading to another residence down the street. Two suspects were arrested a short distance from that home.
A police dog helped RCMP track the third suspect to a residence on Princeton Drive.
No one was injured as a result of the gunshot.
The people arrested had a handgun, crack cocaine, illicit cannabis and cash in their possession.
Robert Cruz, 34, Nolan Pronteau, 18, and a 17-year-old male were remanded into custody until a Nov. 21 court appearance in Thompson, where they faced numerous drug and firearms charge.
