The Thompson Hospital Auxiliary presented a cheque for the purchase of three pressure sensitive air mattresses, worth $1,700, and $5,000 worth of physiotherapy equipmentat the Burntwood Regional Health Authority (BRHA) annual Christmas dance recently. Earlier in the year the auxiliary purchased $522 worth of materials for the Empty Arms Program. The bulk of the auxiliary's fundraising takes placethrough the gift shop and we also run silent auctions and bake sales as well as an annual raffle.
